Shipping
- Orders are packed by hand within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay; rates depend on your address and chosen speed.
- You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
- Teas and tinctures are packed in resealable, light-shielding packaging to arrive fresh.
Returns & exchanges
- Sealed, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- For safety and quality, opened teas, herbal blends, tinctures, and supplements cannot be returned.
- If an item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong thing, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
- Return shipping is covered by us only for damaged or incorrect items.

Checkout is handled by a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider — your card details are never stored on our site. Every order is confirmed by email.
